Prepare the Chicken:
-
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
-
Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
-
-
Assemble the Wraps:
-
While the chicken is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
-
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and stir in the creamy garlic sauce until well combined.
-
-
Add the Cheese:
-
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture, stirring until the cheese begins to melt and coat the chicken.
-
-
Assemble the Wraps:
-
Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each warmed tortilla.
-
Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and then roll them up tightly into wraps.
-
-
Serve:
-
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve the wraps immediately while warm.
-
Notes
-
You can customize the wraps with additional ingredients such as sautéed vegetables or fresh greens for extra flavor and texture.
-
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce.
- If you prefer a crispier texture, you can toast the wraps in a skillet for a minute or two on each side after assembling them.
