Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a delicious and satisfying meal, perfect for lunch or dinner. With tender, seasoned chicken, melted cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and a creamy garlic sauce wrapped in soft flour tortillas, these wraps are bursting with flavor. They’re easy to make and sure to please anyone who loves cheesy, garlicky goodness!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:

    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

  • Assemble the Wraps:

    • While the chicken is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.

    • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and stir in the creamy garlic sauce until well combined.

  • Add the Cheese:

    • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture, stirring until the cheese begins to melt and coat the chicken.

  • Assemble the Wraps:

    • Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each warmed tortilla.

    • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and then roll them up tightly into wraps.

  • Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve the wraps immediately while warm.

Notes

  • You can customize the wraps with additional ingredients such as sautéed vegetables or fresh greens for extra flavor and texture.

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce.

  • If you prefer a crispier texture, you can toast the wraps in a skillet for a minute or two on each side after assembling them.
