- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic.
- Pour the garlic mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
