Description

This Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Bake features tender florets tossed in a flavorful garlic olive oil blend, topped with a melty cheese mixture. A delicious and healthy side dish perfect for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the garlic mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
