- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (1 brick)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crisp the bacon by cooking it in a skillet, then chop it into small pieces once crispy.
- Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and trim any excess fat. Arrange them in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the cheese mixture generously over the chicken breasts. Top with additional cheddar cheese if desired for extra cheesiness.
- Bake the chicken at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra bacon and green onions if desired.
