  • 1 lb red potatoes, washed and diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage, diced red potatoes, ranch dressing, and salt and pepper. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated with the ranch dressing.
  • Bake Covered: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover it with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Add Cheese: After 45 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
  • Finish Baking: Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
