- 1 lb red potatoes, washed and diced

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage, diced red potatoes, ranch dressing, and salt and pepper. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated with the ranch dressing.
- Bake Covered: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover it with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
