Description

Crispy on the outside and filled with juicy ribeye steak, onions, bell peppers, and gooey provolone cheese, these egg rolls make for an irresistible appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper, cooking until the meat is browned and veggies are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in provolone cheese.
  • To assemble, place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal according to package instructions.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding some garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce to the steak mixture.
