  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cheese of your choice (e.g., mozzarella and Asiago mix)
  • 3 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cook Onions & Garlic: In a large oven-proof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until lightly caramelized. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
