- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
- Add Cherry Filling: Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll Up Crescents: Roll up each crescent, starting at the wide end, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Dust with Powdered Sugar: Allow the crescents to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
