- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Spoon cherry pie filling onto the center of each square, then fold the corners into the center to form a pocket.
- Brush the edges of the pastries with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- You can use fresh or frozen cherries if you prefer to make your own filling.
