- 1 box jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken Alfredo mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
