  • 1 box jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken Alfredo mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
