  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in the heavy cream (or half-and-half) and bring to a simmer.

  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

  • Add the cooked pasta and broccoli florets to the skillet, tossing everything together until evenly coated.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
