- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, onion, and red bell pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra crunch.
