  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

  • Spread the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, covering them completely.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.

  • You can also add other spices like Italian seasoning or lemon zest for additional flavor.
