Description

This creamy and indulgent Chicken Broccoli Alfredo is the perfect comfort food. Tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and fettuccine pasta are coated in a rich and cheesy Alfredo sauce, making it a delicious meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Add the broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use frozen broccoli if fresh is not available. Just make sure to thaw and drain it before adding.
  • For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or milk.
  • Feel free to add extra seasonings, like garlic powder or Italian seasoning, for more flavor.
