- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Simply reheat before serving.
