Description

This hearty Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole combines tender chicken, savory ham, and creamy Swiss cheese, topped with a crunchy breadcrumb layer for a comforting, family-friendly meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese.
  • In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Simply reheat before serving.
