Description

This Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli combines the beloved flavors of chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese in a delicious, easy-to-make stromboli. This recipe is perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or even game-day gatherings. With a buttery crust and melty cheese filling, it’s an irresistible dish that pairs wonderfully with a side of creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 4 thin slices deli ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Roasted garlic Alfredo sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet and gently stretch it into a rectangle.
  • Layer Ingredients:
    • Place the deli ham slices evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
    • Spread the shredded cooked chicken evenly over the ham.
    • Then, layer the Swiss cheese slices on top of the chicken.
  • Roll the Stromboli:
    • Starting from one long side, carefully roll up the crust to enclose the filling. Pinch the edges to seal the seam, and tuck the ends under to secure the filling inside.
  • Brush with Butter:
    • Brush the melted butter over the top of the Stromboli for a golden, crispy finish.
  • Bake:
    • Place the Stromboli in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted garlic Alfredo sauce for dipping, if desired.
