  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the carrots and celery, then simmer until tender.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and butter to form a dough.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough into the soup and cook for 10 minutes, until the dumplings are fluffy.
