Description

Chicken Ham Ranch Roll-Ups offer a delightful combination of tender chicken, savory ham, and melted cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a flavorful ranch seasoning. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for a quick dinner or a special occasion, providing a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over each chicken breast. Top with a slice of ham and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken roll-ups.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken roll-up for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken roll-ups to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the toothpicks before serving. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.

Notes

These roll-ups pair well with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. For added flavor, try using different types of cheese or a flavored ranch dressing.
