Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over each chicken breast. Top with a slice of ham and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken roll-ups.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken roll-up for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken roll-ups to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the toothpicks before serving. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
