- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Tonkatsu sauce for serving
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with tonkatsu sauce.
Notes
Serve with rice and shredded cabbage for a complete meal.
