Description

This Chicken Pot Pie Pasta is a comforting, creamy dish that combines all the flavors of a traditional chicken pot pie in pasta form. It’s quick, easy, and packed with shredded chicken, vegetables, and cheesy goodness!

 


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook over medium heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any type of pasta you prefer, such as penne or rotini.
  • Add more cheese if you like a creamier texture.
