Description

These Cheddar Ranch Chicken Wraps are a simple and delicious way to enjoy tender chicken, melted cheese, and a tangy ranch dressing all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly. Slice into strips.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas. Divide the shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the tortillas, leaving space around the edges.
  • Place chicken strips on top of the cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken.
  • Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly crispy.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a few slices of avocado or some bacon bits inside the wraps before rolling them up.
  • If you prefer a spicier version, add a little hot sauce or diced jalapeños to the chicken.
