- 4 chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken sausages and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in chopped zucchini, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sausage and vegetable mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
