A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef sirloin, fresh onions, and a savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, toss beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth.
- Return beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over steamed rice.
