Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef sirloin, fresh onions, and a savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, toss beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth.
  • Return beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve over steamed rice.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
