Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  • Add minced garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
  • Serve hot over rice.

Notes
