- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- White icing

Instructions
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Add Flour: Gradually add the flour and mix until dough forms.
- Color Dough: Divide the dough in half. Add red food coloring to one half and mix until the desired color is reached.
- Roll and Cut: Roll out both dough halves separately and use a Santa suit-shaped cookie cutter to cut out cookies.
- Bake: Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool and Decorate: Let the cookies cool completely before decorating with white icing and mini chocolate chips to complete the Santa suit design.

- If you don’t have a Santa suit cookie cutter, you can use any Christmas-themed cutter or make your own design.
