Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
