- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to the mixture, and stir until combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and coat each ball in cinnamon sugar.
- Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool before enjoying.
