Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form Rissoles: Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch (4 cm) round patties, about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) thick.
- Cook Rissoles: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the rissoles in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake Rissoles: Bake the rissoles in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
