Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate Eggs: In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl.
- Beat Egg Whites: Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare Egg Yolk Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.
- Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate the egg whites. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the Bread: Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 4-6 mounds. You can shape them as thick or thin as you prefer.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud bread is golden brown and set in the center.
