Description

This indulgent Cookie Dough Brownie Cake combines rich brownie layers with delicious cookie dough filling, topped with a silky chocolate ganache. A perfect treat for any dessert lover!


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for ganache

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in two round cake pans. Allow to cool completely.
  • For the cookie dough, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add vanilla and milk, mixing until combined. Gradually mix in the flour and fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Once the brownies are cooled, layer the cookie dough between the two brownie cakes.
  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour it over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir until smooth to create the ganache. Pour the ganache over the top of the cake.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips on top of the ganache before chilling.
