Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  • Add Oreos: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter.
  • Fill Donut Pan: Fill each donut cavity about 2/3 full with the batter.
