Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup crab meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Wonton chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the Dip: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Crab and Green Onions: Gently fold in the crab meat and green onions.
  • Spread and Top: Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  • Serve: Serve hot with wonton chips or crackers.

Notes
