- 1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning if using.
- Gently fold the mayonnaise mixture into the crab mixture until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
