Description

Crack Burgers are loaded with flavor, featuring juicy beef patties seasoned with ranch and au jus gravy mix, topped with melted cheddar cheese, and served on toasted buns with a savory garlic-onion butter. A quick and easy weeknight dinner that’s packed with irresistible flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, and au jus gravy mix. Mix well and form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
  • Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the butter mixture onto the tops of the hamburger buns.
  • Place the buns on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • These burgers pair well with fries or a side salad.
  • You can customize the toppings by adding pickles, lettuce, or tomatoes.
  • For a spicy kick, add some hot sauce or jalapeños to the burgers.
