- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, and au jus gravy mix. Mix well and form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the butter mixture onto the tops of the hamburger buns.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
