- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.
- Next, roll the coated chicken tenders in the crushed Ritz crackers until evenly covered.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately, with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
