Description

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.
  • Next, roll the coated chicken tenders in the crushed Ritz crackers until evenly covered.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately, with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can bake these tenders on a wire rack placed over the baking sheet.
