Description

This warm and gooey Cranberry Brie is a perfect appetizer for any gathering. Topped with sweet cranberry sauce and crunchy pecans, it’s a delicious blend of creamy, savory, and sweet flavors. Serve it with crackers or baguette slices for a crowd-pleasing treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the wheel of Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and gooey.
  • Serve hot with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • Feel free to use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce. If you like it spicier, add a dash of cayenne or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the cranberry sauce.
