- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wheel of Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and gooey.
- Serve hot with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- Feel free to use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce. If you like it spicier, add a dash of cayenne or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the cranberry sauce.
- You can also use walnuts or almonds as an alternative to pecans.
