These delicious Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs are crispy, savory, and absolutely addictive! With a creamy filling of spinach and Parmesan cheese wrapped in puff pastry, these bite-sized treats are perfect for any party or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 9 squares.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
  • Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the filling and pinch together to seal.
  • Brush the tops of the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, make sure the puff pastry is fully thawed before use.
  • You can also substitute fresh spinach for frozen spinach if preferred.
