- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 9 squares.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the filling and pinch together to seal.
- Brush the tops of the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure the puff pastry is fully thawed before use.
- You can also substitute fresh spinach for frozen spinach if preferred.
