- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut puff pastry into squares. Add a spoonful of cream cheese mixture to each square.
- Fold pastry over to form triangles and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
- Feel free to add other herbs or spices to the filling for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen; just bake from frozen for a few extra minutes.
