Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh berries and syrup for serving

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture on 4 slices of bread and top with the remaining slices to create sandwiches.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
