- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season sliced sirloin steak with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and steak slices back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve creamy Cajun steak Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning or add a dash of hot sauce.
