Description

A rich and flavorful pasta dish with tender sirloin steak, fettuccine pasta, and a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce. Perfectly seasoned and creamy, this dish is a true comfort food favorite with a spicy twist!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season sliced sirloin steak with Cajun seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta and steak slices back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve creamy Cajun steak Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning or add a dash of hot sauce.
  • You can substitute the sirloin steak with ribeye or flank steak for added tenderness.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread and a salad for a complete meal.
