Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley.
