Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Cheese and Tomatoes: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil for garnish and serve immediately. Enjoy this creamy and flavorful chicken pasta!
