- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in diced chicken and fresh spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted. Add Alfredo sauce and cook until heated through.
- Assemble the Bake: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken mixture with half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Bake to Perfection: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
