Description

Indulge in the luxurious flavors of creamy garlic butter lobster tails, perfectly baked to tender perfection. This elegant dish is a showstopper for any special occasion or romantic dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail to the tail fin, ensuring not to cut the meat. Gently pull the shells apart and lift the lobster meat, resting it on top of the shells.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for basting during baking.
  • Pour the heavy cream around the lobster tails on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, basting with the remaining garlic butter halfway through, until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
  • Serve the lobster tails hot with a drizzle of the creamy garlic butter sauce from the baking sheet, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider sprinkling some extra paprika on top before baking.
  • Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if previously frozen for the best results.
