Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts or thighs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  • Combine chicken and sauce: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the chicken. Let everything simmer together for 3-5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the sauce’s flavors.
  • Serve: Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese or herbs if desired, and serve hot.
