- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter and butter over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the sugar, milk, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan. Stir constantly and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, continuing to stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, about 2 hours. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
