- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (12-ounce) box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked ground beef.
- Spoon a layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, try sprinkling fresh basil or parsley on top before serving.
