- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- 1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For Garnish:
- Additional grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add Cheeses and Seasonings: Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Fold in Seafood and Spinach: Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and spinach until well combined.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (a 9-inch pie plate or similar size).
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
- Serve: Serve warm with your choice of crackers, toasted bread, or vegetable sticks.

- For added flavor, consider mixing in a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a squeeze of lemon juice.
