Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

For Garnish:

  • Additional grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add Cheeses and Seasonings: Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Fold in Seafood and Spinach: Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and spinach until well combined.
  • Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (a 9-inch pie plate or similar size).
  • Top with Cheese: Sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Garnish: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
  • Serve: Serve warm with your choice of crackers, toasted bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes
