Ingredients

12 oz kielbasa, sliced

16 oz pasta (your choice)

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce

3 tablespoons tomato paste

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Dried parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Slice kielbasa into rounds.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove kielbasa and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add heavy cream, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Stir to combine.

Season with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly.

Return kielbasa and cooked pasta to skillet. Toss to coat and heat through.
