Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized fries.
  • Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley (optional).
