- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized fries.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley (optional).
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crispy fries, you can soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry before seasoning.
