Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Wash and scrub the baby potatoes. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size, so they cook evenly.
  • Make the Coating:
    • In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano (or Italian seasoning), and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Coat the Potatoes:
