- 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash and scrub the baby potatoes. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size, so they cook evenly.
- Make the Coating:
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano (or Italian seasoning), and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Coat the Potatoes:
- Add the cut potatoes to the bowl and toss them in the garlic Parmesan mixture until they’re well coated.
